‘’We have NO planet B’’

ROOC 45 set as a mission to use the fabrics produced with controlled yarns, we do not use any harmful chemicals during our production. Our fabrics are natural, plants and animals originated, made from yarns and fibers that nature donates us every day. Cotton, linen, hemp, jute, bamboo, soy, kapok, each one with its own peculiarities and natural properties.
Organic
Organic fabrics come from controlled and certified organic farming that is, only natural methods of pest control are used, and it is absolutely forbidden to use dangerous pesticides or other chemical products that are harmful to the environment.
Eco-friendly
We have no planet B, so our company is constantly working with fabric producers who look for yarns and fibers on low environmental impact. The line Bio jersey includes fibers as lyocell, that with its own extra low H2O consumption and as well extra low CO2 emission during its phase of production fits among the green yarns in commerce today.
If we have to use polyester, we choose the GSR certified one and that comes from the post-consumer pet recycle. Also, the nylon is recycled.
Antibacterial
Nature has many times showed us that we can find in our eco-system remedies that chemistry struggles to find. Let’s think about hemp: Cool in the summer and warm in the winter, it has antibacterial and antifungal properties and absorbs the body’s humidity, keeping it dry; it can absorb infrared and UVA rays up to 95% and it has a proven tear and wear resistance.
The harmful chemicals that we can find on not controlled clothes are invisible and odorless but more dangerous than what we think if not removed. Allergies, skin irritation, up to also male infertility issues: all pathologies coming from clothes realized with no controlled supply-chained fabrics.

‘’we care about YOU, we care about OUR planet’’
